Spun Academy is a private, nonprofit school dedicated to the instruction of nontraditional, forward-thinking music creation, performance, and artistic support. The excellent faculty have distinguished themselves for their creative pedagogy and their continued work in their specialized field. The Academy system is designed to serve a diverse student body with a broad range of interests and goals, to be used as a place of opportunity. In order to maintain the finest of school-wide scholarship, Spun Academy regularly undergoes a period of self evaluation to measure institutional effectiveness. In support of this mission, Spun Academy strives to provide the highest quality learning environment, real-world learning experience through our Professional Practice Track, outreach through community service, and to serve as a place where freedom of creative interchange flourishes.
